It is very easy to import data from Excel and export data to your printer to customise invitations and name cards for your party.  Or you can use mail merge to create your own invites.  Use existing invitation names plus add more for a new party  



Backup and restore data.  Party planner provides an automated reminder which prompts you to take regular backups of your Party Planner Data.  But you can take a backup at any time.

  

Track how many invitations have been created. The Main Menu displays summary statistics of numbers of invites, number of replies received and analysis of adult and child numbers.  This allows accurate costing of parties where charges are different for adults and children.

 

Easily track invites.  Create and record RSVP’s – Multiple parties can be put on one invite.  So you can have the main party plus a cream tea and hen or stag night.  Then record what present was received and track sending thank you letters which is useful for weddings.

 
Track payments to suppliers such as caterers, car hire, flowers etc. Compare how much I have spent to a budget.  It is also easy to track who contributed to payments
